Sales Administration/Customer Service Executive

Salary £28,000-£32,000 depending on experience

Hours of work - Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm

Customer service passion is key to this role. There is an opportunity to develop in this expanding organisation in an account management/customer service role.

The right candidate needs to be numerate, literate, a good team player , organised, methodical, a self starter and enthusiastic! Good knowledge of word and excel , and customer service ideally with experience in a product related environment but not essential.

Duties:

Order processing of products, invoicing, liaising with clients is key. Relationship building, able to identify new sales opportunities. Attend and prepare for client meetings.

Prepare shipping schedules and shipping paperwork. Liaison wth frieght agent and warehouses regarding deliveries.

Chase over due customer invoices

Check supplier bills and liaise with suppliers if required

Working with clients on stock forecasts and demand planning.

Update stock records and job costings

Ensuring relevant compliance paperwork for products supplied is up to date.

General admin, and assisting in the office, answering incoming calls, booking couriers, purchasing office supplies, filing, shredding
