We are working with a hugely successful communications company, and their sister company, who retail, wholesale and distribute networking products, based in Guildford. Their revenue has grown to c.£15 million in a few short years!

Our client is looking for an outgoing and motivated Account Manager to join their Business Development Team. This role would suit someone with a year to two years sales experience.

This is principally an office-based role (no hybrid or WFH), but may require occasional travel within the UK.

The salary is £23,000 - £28,000 with an OTE of +£41,000.

Key Duties:

  • Responsible for every aspect of the sales process, from onboarding new and prospective customers to after-sales care.
  • Maintain and developing existing key accounts to increase revenue
  • Identifying opportunities to increase revenue and upselling to customers
  • Converting our trial customers into paid subscribers.
  • Reaching out to those customers that cancel their plans and discussing how we can help them stay.

Key Skills

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • A strong relationship builder who can close opportunities
  • A confident communicator who is fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  • Resilient and hard working
  • Ability to identify opportunities
  • Competent in the use of MS Office
