Position: Account Manager
Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: DOE
  
A growing agency in the West Midlands are looking to add to their client services team. They are seeking an Account Manager to join them, ideally with prior experience working in an agency environment.
  
The successful candidate will have experience in print management, and a strong understanding of print technologies. A natural aptitude for client services and impeccable interpersonal skills are essential.
  
Responsibilities Include:
  • Establish strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Implement and oversee projects alongside the account director
  • Utilise your expertise in print technologies to oversee supplier relationships and provide outstanding service levels
  • Ensuring client briefs are completed on time and within budget
  • Provide mentorship to account executives and measure their performance
  • When feasible, maximise business prospects on assigned accounts
  • Grow accounts and recognise sales opportunities
  
Ideal Experience:
  • Experience with print management
  • Knowledge of print technologies
  • POS knowledge
  • Experience in a client services role within an agency
  • Experience writing, translating and overseeing client briefs
  • Experience growing accounts
  • Budget and project management
  • Management of client relationships
  • Strong IT and administration skills
