Major Players are working with a Packaging Design Agency to recruit a forward-thinking Account Manager into their team. Based in Central London, this role offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal part in delivering design and branding projects for renowned FMCG brand clients.

Role Overview:

Key Tasks Overview:

  • Receive and respond to client briefs, craft internal creative briefs, and develop timing plans.
  • Track and communicate project statuses to our client services team, ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Efficiently manage processes within our creative studio, optimising resources for top-notch results.
  • Engage with stakeholders as needed and operate client approval systems for smooth project delivery.
  • Take charge of client finance tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking.

Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent listening and communication skills to navigate complex tasks and engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • A professional, positive, and proactive attitude, with a drive to take ownership and propel projects forward.
  • Self-managing and savvy, with a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Confident yet approachable, capable of fostering trust and rapport with clients.
  • Enthusiastic about expanding category knowledge and offering consultative support as needed.
  • Adaptive, prioritising, and adept at multitasking in a composed manner.
  • Comfortable working within established process frameworks and collaborating within a team environment.

Ideal Experience:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of account management experience within a packaging design or shopper agency.
  • Proficient in managing projects, timelines, and budgets.
