NJR Recruitment are currently working in Partnership with a groundbreaking Investment Manager who has changed who has changed the way investors access and use Discretionary Fund Management.

A new and exciting opportunity is now available for a Telephone Account Manager to work out of their offices based in Wilmslow. The successful Candidate will have a strong interest and be passionate about Investments. Candidates offering knowledge of Model Portfolios and DFM’s are urged to apply.

Looking after a portfolio of around 150/200 Clients, the successful Candidate will be responsible for;

• Develop and maintain strong IFA relationships across your panel of IFA firm accounts
• Segment and manage panel accounts, ensuring proactive & regular contact & communication
• Segment and manage panel accounts, ensuring proactive & regular contact & communication
• Develop a good understanding of the Tatton proposition & processes to enable new business flows across all firm accounts, across all product ranges.
• Assist the BDM’s with the onboarding of new firms and IFA system/platform access
• Deliver Introductory presentations, Client Portal & process training where required
• Proactively create and manage daily IFA appointments to discuss the Tatton proposition, Investment updates and Investment process
• Assist with all daily incoming queries, calls and tasks managed by the TAM team ensuring support is delivered to all TIML accounts.

Thos applying should either be super keen to work towards Industry related exams (CII, CISI or IMC) or already be working towards / qualified. Full support with exams is offered by our client!

You MUST be confident and have a very strong ability to build strong business relationships. This role will involve delivering introductory presentations via MS Teams whether to 1:1 individuals or to groups of up to 7/8 people.
