Title: Account Lead - Creative Experiential Agency

Location: Surrey (Flex) Salary: £60k - £65k

We are looking for a lively, fun lively events Account Lead or Account Director for a super cool, creative and caring client of ours. A full-service engagement agency delivering incredible experiential and meaningful experiences for audiences in virtual, hybrid and live events, strategy, content, production and technology. They are a communication, engagement and logistical agency for some of the world’s leading organisations.

You will need to have worked with Pharma Clients. Big advantage if experience of working in Congress Management environment.

As the Account Lead - or Client Services Director, you'll spearhead and support key pharmaceutical accounts, driving performance against crucial KPIs and financial targets. Your strategic acumen and client-centric approach will be pivotal in fostering lasting partnerships and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of key stakeholder relationships, driving strategic implementation and development.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to craft and execute client retention strategies.
  • Lead the development and implementation of new business strategies and targets.
  • Drive the amplification service strategy to enhance client value.
  • Ensure delivery of all client SLAs/KPIs for allocated accounts.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering RFP responses and stakeholder proposals.
  • Lead new client onboarding initiatives and client business reviews.
  • Prepare and deliver client feedback and case studies internally and externally.
  • Provide support on complex projects as directed by senior leadership.
  • Oversee project management for allocated client projects.
  • Participate in key project calls and planning meetings as required.
  • Meet profit maximization targets.
  • Take overall responsibility for client budgets and event profitability.
  • Drive ongoing review of commercials and pricing initiatives.
  • Manage and deliver Job Log and Project Management GM targets.
  • Resource Allocation and Team Management:
  • Allocate resources to projects effectively.
  • Manage direct report holidays.
  • Input timesheet activity on a weekly basis.
  • Collaborate with Talent Management to monitor development plans for team members.
  • Mentor and coach direct reports, conducting periodic progress meetings and reviewing development plans.
  • Provide consistent leadership, motivation, and direction to the team.
  • Ensure Finance & Operational teams uphold touch standards and share best practices.
  • Participate in the interviewing and selection of new team members.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective project delivery, including on-site travel as required.
