Account Handler
Our client seeks an on-site Account Handler with commercial line expertise to join their team. Responsibilities include managing new business, renewals, mid-term adjustments, claims, queries, and premium finance arrangements.
Account Handler Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of customer service.
- Handle commercial accounts.
- Handle any complaints in accordance with regulation.
- Client renewal meetings, claims reviews and mid-term reviews
- Produce pre-renewal documents.
- Develop and maintain good quality client relationships.
- Support Account Executives
Account Handler Requirements
- Previous experience in an Account Handler role within a broker environment
- Experience of working to FCA compliance standards
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Proficient IT computer skills using the Microsoft suite.
