ACS are a well-established Engineering Recruitment company with 18 years trading history and over 500 customers across the UK. ACS specialise in recruitment for Manufacturing, Engineering and Logistics companies covering all white and skilled blue collar roles within their businesses. When we work with a customer we offer support for all of their contract, permanent and temporary roles irrespective of the department they work in. Whether this is HR, operations, manufacturing, production, it, sales, finance or marketing.

About the role

We deal with large companies with very busy HR departments across the UK. They are continually hiring and dealing with many business challenges on a daily basis. As the Internal Sales Person your job is to be in continual contact with all of our customers, on the telephone all day every day. You will be chasing jobs to see if they need help with them, getting feedback on the jobs we already have and building relationships throughput our customers businesses.

This role will suit someone who is happy to be on the phone talking to customers all day. You will be both tenacious and able to build long term relationships across a wide variety of people.

You will be on a basic salary with a monthly expectation to earn commission based on the jobs we get in each month. Your success will be based on your results and the results we get as a team so your number is our number.
