I am seeking an Account Executive to join my client who is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying and fulfilling customer needs, managing sales processes, and maintaining a well-stocked warehouse. This organisation has a friendly team and they are looking for the next addition.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent Account Management and Service.
  • Handle the submission of pricing, quotes, and tenders to customers, progressing enquiries to the point of sale.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers through emails and telephone calls, including some business development.
  • Assist in maintaining a fully stocked warehouse, actively participating in the receipt of new shipments.
  • Ascertain customers’ needs and wants, recommending products that match their requirements.
  • Manage point-of-sale processes efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date with product information, accurately describing features and benefits.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring a high standard of service.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working in a customer service / sales environment.
  • Ability to retain and convey technical product knowledge.
  • Experience in account development and customer liaison.
  • Coordination of price enquiries and sales team liaison to provide efficient service.
  • Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficiency in English with solid communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer service focus with a friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality.
  • Basic administration skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and email communication.
  • A proactive team player who is not afraid to “muck in” and assist with various tasks.
