Major Players are working with an in-house creative agency in search of an Account Director to join their team in Central London. If you're passionate about driving success, clients and business growth, this could be the perfect role for you. We're seeking a strategic thinker, a creative problem-solver, and a natural leader who can ignite innovation and foster strong client relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating large scale integrated campaigns
  • Creating strategic process and commercial strategy
  • Delivering new business pitches
  • Cultivating robust client relationships built on trust and transparency
  • Championing creativity and strategic thinking in all client interactions
  • Providing financial leadership and ensuring the highest standards of account management
  • Leading new business acquisition efforts and contributing to agency growth
  • Continuously developing your skills and expertise to stay ahead in the industry

Key Skills & Competencies Required:

  • Must have a strong commercial and strategic background
  • Demonstrated expertise in client leadership and communication
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale integrated campaigns
  • Strong project management abilities, including multitasking and time management
  • Financial acumen and experience in managing account budgets
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
