We are looking for a Digital Account Director to steer strategic growth for this award winning agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and will be comfortable leading large agency teams to deliver client success.

Description

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet company targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Oversee a team of account managers to ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with teams to ensure growth attainment.
  • Assist in high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Develop and manage budgets.
  • Provide detailed reports on revenue and market performance.
  • Attend industry events in the Leeds area and beyond.

Profile

A successful Account Director should have:

  • A solid educational background in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven leadership skills with experience leading high-performing teams
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
  • An innovative approach to digital marketing solutions
  • A deep understanding of the Media & Agency industry
  • Ability to represent the company at industry events

Job Offer

  • Salary £50,000 - £60,000 + OTE
  • Hybrid working as standard for all
