What You'll Do:

As an Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with key clients. Your strategic leadership will drive business growth by understanding client needs, aligning solutions, and consistently exceeding expectations. Working closely with their leadership team, you will shape the future of our company and contribute to our mission of empowering businesses through cutting-edge technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their trusted advisor and understanding their evolving needs.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify new business opportunities within your portfolio and develop strategic plans to expand the client base.
  • Solution Expertise: Collaborate with our technical teams to understand and articulate our range of IT solutions effectively to clients.
  • Revenue Growth: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, driving revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals.
  • Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial agreements that deliver exceptional value to clients and our organization.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform your sales strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our technical teams, project managers, and leadership to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the sales team, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in IT services, managed services, or technology solutions.
  • Track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts, consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver client-centric solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
