Job title: Account Director

Salary: up to £55k

Location: Watford

My client is looking for an Account Director to join their team, the ideal candidate will have strong experience working in a Business development role and be confident winning new business. An understanding of selling on ROI or for an agency would be beneficial.

Duties:

  • Outreach to new prospects
  • Improve or maintain existing clients
  • Understand the needs of a client.
  • To write detailed and attractive proposals
  • Understand the market and selling the most appropriate package to the client
  • To arrange and attend meetings
  • To build an effective pipeline
  • Forecast accurately.

Attributes:

  • Ability to hit and exceed targets
  • Previous experience in senior role
