Salary circa £130k - £165k + annual bonus (20%-35%) + Company Car + benefits
London - Hybrid mix of office, client site and home based working

CPS Group UK are working with a leading Global Technology Consultancy who are looking to hire an Account Director within their Insurance / Financial Services Division.

This is a Senior hire reporting into C-Suite and will be responsible for ongoing account management and development of key accounts within the Insurance Division.

A broad role which will include;
* Overall accountability for account success
* Development and growth of your specific account(s)
* Development and Execution of Account strategies
* Lead capability across Marketing, Sales, Delivery to grow accounts
* Work with Sales teams to develop and drive service offerings and campaigns to develop new business
* Oversee project teams working on accounts
* Develop and maintain relationships with Exec level stakeholders

Candidate Experience / qualifications:
* Strong background within a similar account management role within Financial Services to a Senior level
* Good knowledge / understanding of the General Insurance market (home, motor, property, etc) an advantage
* Track record of sales / account growth and profitability
* Able to leverage C-suite partnerships to drive growth and create value for clients
* Understanding of Technology trends from within Insurance / Financial Services and able to adapt these to meet clients needs / business goals.
* History of working within a Global Consultancy / Delivery model
