Pattinsons are the largest independent estate agents in the North East but we are also still a family run business. Our staff are at the heart of our business and we are looking for motivated and enthusiastic people to join our team.

We are looking for an Accompanied Viewer to join our team in Durham showing prospective tenants and purchasors around properties. As part of the role you will also be required to do some canvassing on behalf of the local office between appointments

A good geographical knowledge of the area and good communication skills are essential for this role

This is a part time role on a zero hours contract.You can be typically be requested to work between 10-15 hours per week on average

A full clean driving licence and your own car for appointments is required.

The role will include working Saturdays as well as hours during the week

Salary: Hourly rate up to £11.44 per hour + mileage allowance
