Our Commercial Early Talent Programme offers a three year 12-month rotation in across a range of areas including Marketing, Market Access, Customer Excellence and In Field Sales. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Ambition, drive and a curiosity mindset, not afraid to question the status quo.
- Creativity & Adaptability with strong problem-solving skills
- Communication & Decision-making: Articulate and assertive with the ability to communicate with proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Academic Prowess: An interest in the Life Science industry. A degree in Business, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing or Health Economics is desirable.
- Flexibility & Adaptability: Applicants must be willing to relocate in year 3 of the programme within the UK.
- Applicants must hold full RTW in the UK for the duration of the programme.
