The role:

24-7 Recruitment are currently looking for 7.5T Multi Drop Driver for a client we are representing in the Harlow area. Due to an increased demand from the client, we are currently recruiting experienced 7.5T Multi Drop Driver in the Harlow area, on a temporary to permanent basis .

As a 7.5t drivers you will need to have:

Requirements

  • Professional experience driving a 7.5T
  • Induction prior to starting.
  • Full UK Driving licence with C1 / Full CPC and DIGI Tacho card
  • No DD, DR or IN convictions on licence

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a 7.5t delivery vehicle
  • Load and unload goods from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling and securing of items.
  • Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries.
  • Complete necessary paperwork and logbooks accurately
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.

Skills:

  • Valid driver's license with appropriate category for operating a 7.5-tonne vehicle.
  • Proven experience as a delivery driver, preferably with experience driving a 7.5t vehicle.
  • Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
  • Ability to navigate using GPS or maps to locate delivery addresses.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
