3rd Line Support Engineer (Outside IR35)

Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a 3rd Line Support Engineer with expertise in VMware, Windows Server, Citrix, Azure Active Directory, Veeam Backup, Intune, and Microsoft SQL. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex IT environments for our clients, while also providing expert-level support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and manage VMware virtualization infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Administer Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
  • Configure and maintain Citrix virtualization solutions, such as XenApp and XenDesktop, to deliver secure and scalable applications.
  • Manage Azure Active Directory services, including user provisioning, access control, and identity management.
  • Implement and maintain Veeam Backup solutions for data protection and disaster recovery.
  • Configure and manage Intune for device management and endpoint security.
  • Administer Microsoft SQL databases, including installation, configuration, and performance tuning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative IT solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
