Lynx Recruitment are currently working with a successful Managed Service Provider based in the heart of Newcastle who are seeking a 3rd Line Support Engineer.

The successful 3rd Line Support Engineer will possess a broad range of technical skills spanning both on-premise and cloud technologies, alongside possessing excellent communication and customer service skills.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Previously worked at a 3rd Line level
  • Experience working for an MSP or a high-paced environment
  • Infrastructure exposure
  • Active Directory experience
  • Group Policy experience
  • Understanding of Networking
  • Office365 experience
  • Intune experience
