3rd Line Support Engineer
Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity working as a 3rd Line Support Engineer for a Managed Service Provider based in Witney, Oxfordshire?
Main Duties of the Role:
- Provide onsite, remote and telephone support
- Project management and implementation
- Keep documentation up-to-date and accurate
- Manage client expectations and adhere to support SLA’s
- Escalation point for 1st and 2nd line engineers
- Mentoring junior members of the team
Your Skills and Experience:
- Windows Server
- Microsoft 365, Azure and Intune
- Microsoft Exchange
- Hyper-V
- Networking
- Full driving licence
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Certifications desirable
Salary
- £32,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience
