Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity working as a 3rd Line Support Engineer for a Managed Service Provider based in Witney, Oxfordshire?

Main Duties of the Role:

  • Provide onsite, remote and telephone support
  • Project management and implementation
  • Keep documentation up-to-date and accurate
  • Manage client expectations and adhere to support SLA’s
  • Escalation point for 1st and 2nd line engineers
  • Mentoring junior members of the team

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Windows Server
  • Microsoft 365, Azure and Intune
  • Microsoft Exchange
  • Hyper-V
  • Networking
  • Full driving licence
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Certifications desirable

Salary

  • £32,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience
