3rd Line IT Engineer - Fulwood, Lancashire - £38000-£50,000

3rd Line IT Engineer is required by an established and growing business based near Fulwood, in Lancashire.

If you have 3 years or more experience in providing 3rd Line IT Support for a MSP and seeking your next career advancement then read on.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing 3rd Line IT support to a variety of customers
• Attending local customer sites for the installation of new solutions
• Trouble shoot and provide IT Support on both hardware and software
• Self-motivated to learn and advance your technical knowledge
• Passion for all things IT and new technology.
• Driven to resolve all types of incidents and problems.

Technical Skills required:

• A good working knowledge of MS OS
• Windows Desktop - 7, 8 & 10
• Telephone and remote IT Support
• Active Directory
• Exchange / Office 365
• SQL Server
• RDS Solutions
• Networking (LAN / WAN / Firewalls / Routing / Vlan).
• Microsoft Server - 2008 / 2016
• VMware / Hyper-V (Required)
• Linux (Desirable)
• Must hold full driver's license
• Previous experience working for a MSP essential

Additional Information:

Salary for this role is competitive £38,000-£50,000 dependant on experience

Based on site in the office. Working hours: Mon - Fri 37.5 hours per week working between the hours of 08:00 - 17:00.
