3rd Line Infrastructure Support
Salary: Up to £50,000

The 3rd Line Support Engineer will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the IT infrastructure, providing technical support to a range of clients in the area as well as supporting more junior members of staff. This is the perfect opportunity if you are looking for that next step in your career.

Key Duties
Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software and network related issues
Installing and configuring hardware and software components
Monitoring and maintaining IT systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and secure
Supporting the companies Hyper-V server infrastructure
Deployment and configuration of the companies software applications
Firewall maintenance
Performing system backups and disaster recovery operations
Scripting skills
Contributing to the training of other staff members
Maintaining a high level of customer service

MSP experience is desirable but not required.
