What will you be doing as a 3rd Line Engineer?
As a pivotal member of the technical team, your role will involve:
- Providing expert-level support and troubleshooting for complex issues.
- Designing and implementing solutions based on Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies.
- Ensuring the stability and efficiency of networking infrastructures.
- Collaborating with other professionals to deliver exceptional service to a diverse clientele.
- Contributing to projects with your innovative ideas and technical acumen.
What experience fo you need as a 3rd Line Engineer?
- Proven experience in a 3rd Line Engineer role or similar within an IT environment.
- Previous experience in an MSP environment would be advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies, including Office 365 and Azure.
- A solid understanding of networking principles, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Experience with virtualization platforms, such as Hyper-V or VMware.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to resolving complex issues.
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, CCNA) are highly regarded but not essential.
