The 3rd line support engineer will play a crucial role in supporting their wide range of clients, each with their own unique configurations, ensuring their operations run smoothly 24/7. 3rd line support engineer - experience required:

• Windows Server infrastructure and Active Directory experience
• Microsoft cloud, including O365 and Azure
• Networking including TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP protocols
• VMWare and Hyper-V troubleshooting
• MSP experience at 3rd line support engineer level or be in the position to take on a 3rd line support engineer position
• Have the ability to be the escalation point for all complex IT related issues

Other desirable skills required:

• Full UK Driving License
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Great communication skills
• Great time management
• Self motivated
