Finance Manager - Exciting Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global company who are setting up a UK operation and seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join the start-up team.

Working in close partnership with the General Manager, you will play a fundamental role and hold responsibility for initiating and embedding good governance and financial processes in the daily operations, ensuring compliance and driving efficiency throughout the organization.

You will be all about the details, best practices, knowing what is right and then raising the bar. This role requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to the evolving and fast pace needs of the organization.

With a focus on leadership and management responsibilities, as well as meeting reporting requirements both internally and externally, the role will be at the forefront of fostering growth and success within the Finance team. The role will have both a strategic and an operational focus, providing expert advice and support on all finance related matters. Working in a start-up environment with experience in setting up a Finance function within the Automotive sector would be an advantage. We offer a hybrid role with a flexible approach. The role will initially be remote until the new Head Office opens in approx June 2024. The new office will be in London at which time the role will become hybrid.
