Job Title: 360 Driver

We are currently seeking an experienced 360 Driver to join our client's team in Rainham. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in operating heavy machinery safely and efficiently, contributing to the success of various construction projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate 360-degree excavator machinery above and below 10 tonnes in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Conduct grading, spreading, and leveling activities according to project requirements.
  • Work in confined spaces around services, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
  • Perform muck shifting and foundation work as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with the construction team to meet project deadlines and goals.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, including those outlined by the CSCS card scheme, CPCS certification, Safety Critical Medical certification, and Lifting Ops accreditation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a 360 Driver in the construction industry.
  • Valid CSCS card, CPCS certification for operating 360 excavators above and below 10 tonnes, Safety Critical Medical certification, and Lifting Ops accreditation.
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends if required.
