£35/hr - Adults Locality - Social worker (South West)

Contract - Full time

Looking to earn a generous hourly rate of £35/hr , whilst having the opportunity to work remotely 3 days a week, allowing you to tackle caseloads from the comfort of your own home.

We're currently recruiting around the South West looking for experienced social workers to become a part of the Adults services. The team is trying to reduce the caseload to around 12. This role will be paying an attractive rate in exchange for your experience.

About the role:

  • Caseload being reduced to around 13-15, reducing down as more backlog is tackled.
  • Dealing with caseloads revolving around adults in need of Care act and Mental Capacity assessing.
  • You'll be working closely with, and reporting to the team manager.

What you'll bring to the table:

  • At least 1 year post-qualifying experience as a social worker
  • Considerable learning disabilities experience.
  • Hard work and commitment, a strong and convincing display of a drive to succeed.
  • Solid communication skills and relationship building capabilities.
  • DBS Checked
