A thriving West Yorkshire firm is currently recruiting two experienced Real Estate lawyers to work in both their Leeds and Bradford offices in a key strategic role which offers a fantastic opportunity for someone to significantly develop their career working with an exceptionally talented team.

My client is looking to meet with real estate / commercial property lawyers who have proven and widespread knowledge of the sector. Ideally, applicants will have experience dealing with asset management, including agreements for leases, leases and surrenders, as well as development (commercial and residential) and investment (acting for individuals and institutional landlords). Most importantly though, applicants will need to show that they have experience of supervising and developing less experienced team members as this will be a key element of the role and a big part of my client's future growth plans.

This role would not be suitable for newly qualified lawyers or lawyers with up to 2 years of post-qualification experience. My client is willing to consider candidates with exceptional experience in the sector at the level of 3PQE. However, supervisory experience will remain essential regardless of a candidate's level of qualification.
