2nd Line Support Engineer - Cheshire - £28K

My Client, an MSP based in Cheshire are looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their technical team.

Main duties

  • To offer consumers first-line help desk support.
  • Helping and collaborating with the team.
  • To conduct site inspections and offer installation and support locally.
  • To be able to precisely identify hardware and software issues and to be able to use remote networking and client site visits to fix the majority of client issues.
  • To give customers excellent customer service by making sure their issues are resolved quickly, staying in touch, and updating them on developments.
  • To be informed of and follow the health and safety policies and procedures of the company.
  • They might also be asked to perform additional tasks as needed.
