With a focus on exceptional customer service and technical expertise, you'll support clients both remotely and on-site so having a drivers license is essential. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service and consulting expertise.
  • Recording technical issues and maintaining records accurately.
  • Providing end-to-end technical support, both remotely and on-site.
  • Conducting onsite surveys and audits for various solutions.
  • Adhering to company procedures and ISO standards


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows desktop & Mac operating systems
  • Expertise in Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Azure administration
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies, networking principles, and firewall products
  • Experience with backup & disaster recovery solutions
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Flexibility, adaptability, excellent task and time management
  • MSP experience and relevant IT qualifications preferred
