My client is a leading manufacturing business looking to expand their Infrastructure Support team, providing 2nd line IT Support to Windows Desktop and associated applications. You will be 2nd line support on Servers and Application Services as well as providing escalation point for 1st Line Support team.

In addition the below skill sets...

  • Perform Server and Infrastructure upgrades. (Servers, Networking Devices etc)
  • Management of Domain Services such as AD, GPO, DHCP, DNS
  • Management of Office 365 and MS Teams
  • Management of Windows Server 2012 - 2022
  • Management of Dell Powerstore Storage
  • Management of VMware environment
  • Management of Veeam and Synology Backups
  • Management of Sophos AV, F-Secure and Cisco Umbrella Security applications
  • Management of Sophos XG and Sophos RED Firewalls
  • Management of Meraki Wireless and Switches
  • Management of of Meraki SDWAN Solution
  • Management of Cisco Core Network Switches

Desired Technologies

  • Autopilot / Intune / Endpoint Central

This role involves you to have a valid Drivers License !
