2nd Line IT Support Engineer
Profectus has a brand new opportunity for a cutting-edge business with big expansion plans in Witney. The position 2nd Line Support / Support Engineer is required for supporting their growing internal team.....
The position is based in their Witney office within their IT team supporting 100+ users across 6 sites.
Duties and Responsibilities.
* 2nd line support to users
* Troubleshooting incidents
* Developing and executing processes for service requirements,
* Identifying areas of improvement within the IT service,
* Liaising with senior IT team to escalate any issues or concerns within IT areas.
Skills and Requirements.
* Experience supporting Windows Desktops & Laptops
* Office365 - inc: SharePoint, Teams, One Drive and Email
* Good working knowledge with Active Directory, Multi-factor authentication and patching networks and Wi-Fi.
* General understanding of Windows Server
* Troubleshooting under pressure
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
The ideal candidate would also be self-motivated with an eye for details and precision!
