My client wo are based in Stretford are looking for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join their technical team. This is an exciting company to work for which has a leading position in the market providing products to some of the worlds most well known brands.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the appropriate level of IT support is provided to the business on a daily basis
  • Ensuring maximum availability of business systems, communication platforms, servers and network infrastructure
  • Stay up to date with IT practices and implement where applicable
  • Help in the development of other members of the IT team

Skills/ Experience

  • Microsoft Office Servers
  • Office 365
  • Troubleshooting
  • Ticketing
  • Previous experience in a 2nd Line Support role
