Job Title: 2nd Line Cloud Support Engineer
Location: Liverpool City Centre

Salary: up to £32,000

Our client, an established company delivering solutions through systems integration by designing, provisioning and supporting multiple IT systems, are looking to expand their growing team and are hiring a 2nd Line Cloud Support Engineer.

In the heart of Liverpool City Centre, they offer a hybrid approach working 2-3 days in the office weekly. The role would involve supporting around 200 users internally, resolving system issues including hardware, software and application support.

Essential: You must be working towards gaining any Azure or M365 certificate (or already have gained the qualification).

The ideal candidate will have experience with:

• Microsoft 365 and applications
• Azure Experience (Active Directory, Azure Virtual Networks, Azure Virtual Machines)
• SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange
• Virtualisation technologies such as Hyper-V & VMware
• Veeam or other backups
• Windows 10/11 and Windows Server

Day-to-day:

• Assisting other members of the team with project work or general IT support
• Supporting and resolving IT issues from staff members
• Building laptops and other hardware set ups
• Remote connectivity set ups (Azure/VDI/AVD)
• Implementation of Intune remote management
