2 X Time Critical Operations Coordinator

We are working with an established Freight Forwarder who are looking to recruit 2 X Time Critical Operations Coordinator.

The role is responsible for processing shipments and all related activities from start to finish. Contacting clients, carriers and potential clients daily. Taking a proactive approach in providing quality client service. Working in a face paced environment.

Strong knowledge and background in time critical operations processed and require.

4 on 4 off days either 7am-7pm or 9am -9pm.

Role Involves:

• Good Knowledge of UK Import/Export operations and regulations.
• Knowledge of AOG and other Time Critical services.
• Prepare documentation and customs formalities.
• Start to finish experience.
• KPI adherence - DNI/LNR/cost accuracy/ROTP.
• Communicate with clients and overseas agents regarding disposition of Freight.
• (ie Track& Trace, routine, dispatched and quotations)
• Communicate with vendors/suppliers regarding rates, dispatch, and updates.
• Ensure Compliance in line with company and industry policies.

Experience needed.

• 2 years + AOG or Time critical logistic sector.
• Good knowledge of Import/ Exports starts to finish.
• Negotiating Skills.
• Willing to travel as required.
• Computer Literate, knowledge of MS Office, Internet.
• Good Communication skills.
