2 x Senior Financial Administrator - Wealth Management Firm - Reporting into Director of Client Services - Up to £40k

My client is a boutique Independent Financial Advice firm with a presence across the Thames Valley who I have met and placed 8 members of staff with. They offer whole of market advice on Pensions, Investments, Tax Planning, IHT, Trusts, Mortgages and some Protections to families, City professionals, accumulators, retirees and SME owners across the M4 Corridor and the Thames Valley. The business is very forward thinking and very tech driven and likes to ensure the business is always innovating and taking on ideas from staff on how to improve the practice.

The Advisers are generating lots of new business via their unique Lead generation system and lots of introducers are passing on new business to them. The business has no aspirations to be acquired by a large IFA firm or sell the business. The Directors are not due to retire for another 20 years. They plan to grow the business from c.20 to 50 staff over the next 5 years organically and gain Chartered status. Servicing their clients with genuinely personable financial planning services is key to their success. As a result of this my client is creating 2 brand-new roles within the business for an established Financial Administrators.

• Supporting 3 established Advisers working with HNW clients.
• End to end financial administration and client servicing
• Speaking to clients and providers and answering all queries
• *****Route to being a Team Leader*****
• You will ideally have knowledge of Intelligent Office
• Knowledge of Transact/Royal London/Aviva/AJ Bell is advantageous
• Basic Salary - £30k - £40k
