2 x Accounts Administrator – Temp – Fully Office Based

• Working Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

• Hourly Rate: £13-14 per hour

We are seeking a dynamic Accounts Administrator to join our clients team based in the East Glasgow area. The successful candidate will provide essential support in Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger and general office administration. This role is ideal for someone with a keen attention to detail and previous accounts/purchase ledger experience.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Responsible for purchase ledger & sales ledger duties

• Matching, batching & coding supplier invoices

• Communicate with suppliers, customers, and external authorities as required

• Record, update, maintain, and file records and data as instructed

• Update daily work records and track staff attendance

• Pursue and track outstanding paperwork from staff

• Complete specific weekly and monthly reports as instructed

• Undertake any other duties as may be required to support the team

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven attention to detail

• Previous accounts experience

• Proficiency with Sage 50

• Strong IT and administrative skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• General construction experience and understanding is desirable but not essential
