£20,000-£26,000

Your new challenge

Working within a team that has grown by 15% over the last couple of years, you will be handling the initial incoming support calls from external customers, troubleshoot any tickets, and escalate to more senior members when and if required.

About You:

First and foremost, you will be a 1st Line Support Analyst, perhaps with some experience diving into some 2nd line support too.

You will have some experience with the following technologies:

  • Office 365
  • Active Directory
  • Windows Server
  • VMWare
  • Hyper-V

Experience working with another Managed Service Provided (MSP) is preferred.

You must have a Full UK driving licence.
