1st Line Software Support Analyst - Warrington

An IT Software Support Analyst is required for a well-established private health care compay with offices all over the UK. This is a 1st line service desk support role, so minimal experience necessary just a keen interest in beginning a career in IT - Full training is provided!

Joining the team will require you to be the primary contact between the office and the IT department and be responsible for supporting users and responding to user queries either via telephone, email or online chat whilst providing outstanding service from first contact.

Ideally you will have experience across the following:

  • Experience working in either Customer Service or 1st Line IT Support.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Windows Operating System.
  • Innovative with an ability to think outside of the box for customer service improvements.
  • Strong written and Verbal communication.
  • Organised with great time management skills.
  • A team player and overall people person.
  • Resilient and keen to learn
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing user support via email, chat or over the phone and guiding the user through an interface to resolve issues.
  • Responding to a triage of tickets using a methodical and logical approach.
  • Responding to outbound calls and user queries.
  • Providing effectively timely solutions.
  • Ensuring high quality customer service is always provided.

They are looking for a team player who can hit the ground running, this role also allows for career progression into a more senior role.

They are looking to pay between 24-28K with an opportunity for hybrid working and a comprehensive benefits package
