ABOUT YOU:

You are a tenacious self-starter with real passion for technology. A geek at heart, you love playing with the latest technologies. You get a buzz from solving problems in a busy environment, understand the importance of excellent client service and can give simple explanations without IT jargon. You believe the world can be a better place through effective IT and cloud technology. With intelligence and eagerness to learn, you will have freedom to develop new skills and gain training in a wide range of cutting-edge technologies including Microsoft Modern Desktop, Intune, Autopilot, Power Platform and Azure.

THE ROLE:

An exciting opening in our Cloud Support Team with opportunities for real progression. You will provide remote technical support in a talented team, working from home 2 days a week and 3 days in the office. You will demonstrate a strong work ethic, keenness to learn and develop an appreciation for various client cultures and requirements. Our training ensures you have opportunities to develop your core skills and specialities for your future IT career.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

- Solid academic IT/technology background

- 1-2 years’ IT support experience, ideally MSP

- Knowledge of Office 365; experience supporting Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint & Teams

- Proficient in supporting & troubleshooting Windows 10 & 11 & Mac

- Experience in Windows Server, including Active Directory Users & Computers, DNS, Event Viewer

- MFA, Conditional Access, Microsoft Modern Desktop

- Great interpersonal skills & excellent telephone manner

- Ability to work under pressure, respond to tight deadlines & prioritise workload
