1st/2nd Line Support Engineer - Bristol
Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity working as a 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer to be based in Bristol?
This will be a hybrid opportunity with an alternating shift pattern including an afternoon shift.
Main Duties of the Role
- Answering calls & emails
- Creating & distributing tickets
- Fault diagnosis & resolution
- Escalating tickets where required
Your Skills and Experience
- Experience in a similar role
- Confident attitude with excellent communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience within an MSP desirable
- Experience or knowledge of; Windows Desktop, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure
Salary
- £26,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience
