Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity working as a 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer to be based in Bristol?

This will be a hybrid opportunity with an alternating shift pattern including an afternoon shift.

Main Duties of the Role

  • Answering calls & emails
  • Creating & distributing tickets
  • Fault diagnosis & resolution
  • Escalating tickets where required

Your Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Confident attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Experience within an MSP desirable
  • Experience or knowledge of; Windows Desktop, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure

Salary

  • £26,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience
