1st/ 2nd Line Support Engineer - Central London
Established for over 25 years, BVR has been providing top quality maintenance and support in central London. They specify and install new hardware and software, provide after-sale support for IT infrastructure and resolve any computer issues. An opportunity has now arisen for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their team. This is a demanding but rewarding role for a self-starter with solid 1st line experience ready to take their next step in IT support. The successful candidate will benefit from ongoing training and the possibility of career progression. As a 1st/ 2nd Line Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing network support to SME clients. Joining a friendly team in a busy and face-paced environment, you act as the first point of contact for clients.
To be considered for this position, you must have:
Good Microsoft 365 Administration Skills
Fault Finding Skills on Windows operating systems
Knowledge of Networking ProtcolsTCPIP
Knowledge of both server and desktop hardware
Excellent Interpersonal skills
As a customer facing Support Engineer, you must have strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise your workload.
