1:1 Teaching Assistant Job

Children are encouraged to explore, discover and question through a range of exciting learning opportunities both within and outside the classroom.
Your new role
The school is in need of an experienced Teaching Assistant who can support two Year 1 pupils at different times of the day on a 1:1 basis. These pupils are class-based and need support with their learning. Experience of working with autistic and non-verbal or pre-verbal pupils is an advantage. Both pupils respond well to consistency and set boundaries. As the Year 1 LSA, you will need to get to know these pupils and understand their needs so that they feel well-supported.

• Good behaviour management strategies
