We have only 15 seconds to make a first impression! Frightening when you think that, no matter how well we know our subject, our audience (be that one or many) has already made their mind up about us. Make the wrong impression and you will have to work incredibly hard to change that. This course is highly practical and works on creating the most positive impression possible so that you can focus on the real reason that you are there.
