If you plan for a career in the quality profession it would make sense to invest some time in obtaining the best qualification available to give you a high level of competence and the confidence to know that your opinions are founded on concepts that have been well proven stand the test of time and are respected the world over.      The Diploma in Quality Management provides new and existing quality practitioners with the knowledge and skills to plan and manage an organisation's quality management function. The qualification helps develop a comprehensive understanding of the role of quality and the quality function within the whole organisation.

Description

This consists of 9 units or topics.   Units can be purchased individually or together. There is a cost saving of 10% to purchase the whole course.

Quality Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, Customer Service Manager, Operations Manager, Business Improvement Manager, Business Systems Manager, Senior Quality Manager, Quality Management Specialist/Consultant.

Requirements

There are no specific entry requirements but students are expected to take the work seriously and we are here to assist when the need arises.    In order to start on the CQI Diploma qualification, you do NOT need to have completed the Level 3 Certificate (C301). Nor do you need to have completed any of the other five Level 5 certificates to start on the Diploma course.

Study method describes the format in which the course will be delivered. A regulated qualification is delivered by a learning institution which is regulated by a government body. In England, the government body which regulates courses is Ofqual. Ofqual regulated qualifications sit on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF), which can help students understand how different qualifications in different fields compare to each other. The framework also helps students to understand what qualifications they need to progress towards a higher learning goal, such as a university degree or equivalent higher education award.

An endorsed course is a skills based course which has been checked over and approved by an independent awarding body. Endorsed courses are not regulated so do not result in a qualification - however, the student can usually purchase a certificate showing the awarding body's logo if they wish. Certain awarding bodies - such as Quality Licence Scheme and TQUK - have developed endorsement schemes as a way to help students select the best skills based courses for them.
