About Maz Maktari

Maz Maktari, is an accomplished military and security professional with extensive experience in protecting VIPs, UHNW individuals, and private companies in hostile environments. After serving eight years with the Royal Military Police, Maz pursued a career in emergency medical training.

As the head of training for the 2012 Olympics and 2015 World Cup Rugby, held at the Stratford Olympic Park in London, Maz trained over 21,000 security staff and first aiders. He has also taught first aid courses across the UK and internationally, including in the Middle East, South Africa, and Europe.

Maz also provides lectures on Counter Terrorism and public services groups and is a qualified NEBOSH trainer for National General Certificate in Health & Safety, Fire Marshal, and Risk Assessments. As a professional instructor with 17 years of experience in the field, Maz continues to equip people and organisations to handle threats and emergencies, making him an invaluable asset to any team.
