reed.co.uk - Health & Safety
Summary
Overview
This learning plan covers the legal requirements of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 for anyone involved in the sale, serving or supply of alcohol to undergo a minimum of two hours of training.
Alcohol misuse in Scotland has a wide range of adverse social and economic effects and it is vitally important that all those involved in running and working in licensed premises fully understand their responsibilities under this act and all subsequent legislation.
