We will give you a short introduction to Sage Accounts, show you the vital reports & functions needed to get an instant overview of the businesses performance & help to highlight aspects to enhance your business, using the Accounts tools.

* Importance of a Bookkeeper & the Accounts role to your business * Submissions to HMRC; Tax Returns, Corporation Tax & Payroll * Short Introduction to Sage Accounts * Company Set up & Financial Year * Nominal codes and their functions * Chart of Account & Bank Accounts * Supplier Records * Products * Customer Records & Invoicing * Banking & Cheques * Recurring Entries * Bank Statements * Bank Reconciliations * Petty Cash & Credit Cards * Printing * VAT Returns & Reports * Year End Procedures * Accounts Reporting We will also help you to get an understanding or the reports available to you on a monthly basis; Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Sheet and Balance Sheet.
Emphasis on the importance of monthly meetings with your Book keeper & yearly meetings with your Accountant. How to prepare & what to expect.
