Overview

Upgrade your project management skills with this Project Management course. On successful completion of this course you will have learned a number of techniques and approaches that will enable you to work successfully in the areas of Project Management.

This course consists of four units. In each unit there is information for you to work through and also a number of activities that you should complete. When you have worked through all of the material in each unit you will find ten multi-choice questions to complete. Answer those, and you will then have completed the unit.

Module 2 – Project management and change

Module 3 – Supervising others

Module 4 – Managing and evaluating your own performance

Through the Project Management course, students will be assessed by a series of written assignments and self-grading multiple choice quizzes. All assignments are set by ABC Awards. Upon verification of the activities, exercises and assignments, a certificate of achievement will be awarded by ABC Awards, as confirmation that your written work has met all of the learning outcomes and assessment criteria for the programme. There is no external examination required.

Requirements

Our Project Management course is openly available to anyone wishing to learn more about Project Management and has a keen interest in the subject, plus an intention to progress a career. Learners will need sufficient numeracy and literacy skills. Students should have access to a computer and the internet throughout your study period. Learners should have basic PC skills in order to navigate our Support Portal. You should be fully committed to your studies.
