Who is this course for?

Any one who would like to learn how to use Microsoft Project to plan and control project properly so that all incomplete work is in the future and complete work is in the past which enables the schedule to be used for managing projects and substantiating delays.

Requirements

Students should be working in a project environment and understand how projects are planned and controlled. This includes knowledge of the following subjects:

  • Project management processes,
  • How to plan a project including the development of a Work Breakdown Structure,
  • Experience in the use of PCs and an understanding of the operating system.
